Breast lumps – identifying a breast lump can be an incredibly anxious experience and one that can lead to a great deal of distress. Mr Kenny will see patients with any breast symptom, including lumps, the sensation of lumpiness or a change within the breast and provide a thorough triple assessment via a ‘one-stop’ clinic approach. This includes a history & clinical examination, imaging as appropriate and a biopsy, if necessary, of any areas identified. The combination of these three investigations provides a complete assessment of the breast such that further investigation and management can be organised.
Nipple discharge – this common condition can take a varied clinical course and Mr Kenny will provide suitable investigation, diagnosis and management strategy for this.
Breast pain – this accounts for a large amount of the workload of breast specialists throughout the UK and needs careful assessment in order to ascertain the likely cause. Mr Kenny can provide expertise in this alongside evidence-based recommendations and follow up to ensure this troublesome condition is managed appropriately.
